1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 4bdt99 website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all services accessible at 4bdt99.bet.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "4bdt99" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

2.4 You represent that you are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party, and that gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.5 4bdt99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Management

3.1 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

3.2 You must notify 4bdt99 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

3.3 4bdt99 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

3.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 4bdt99 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the applicable fee schedule.

3.5 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

4. Deposits

4.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own limits.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 4bdt99 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

4.4 4bdt99 does not charge fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking any such fees with your provider before initiating a deposit.

4.5 Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. 4bdt99 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account details.

5.2 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). 4bdt99 may request copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically within 1 to 24 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the volume of requests and the payment provider's processing schedule.

5.4 4bdt99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

5.5 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 4bdt99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonus page, which form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page and must be completed within the specified validity period.

6.3 4bdt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.

6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to generate bonus plays, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and must be claimed within the specified period following first deposit.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and game rounds placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying stake amounts before confirming any wager.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game error, 4bdt99 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or betting transactions and return the relevant stake amounts to the Player's Account balance.

7.4 Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per day. Current payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 4bdt99 reserves the right to restrict stake sizes for any Player at its sole discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Registering more than one Account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

10. Intellectual Property

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 4bdt99.

10.3 The 4bdt99 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4bdt99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4bdt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.

11.3 4bdt99's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 4bdt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

13.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date supersedes all prior versions.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.4 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 4bdt99 support may be referred to an independent third-party mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 4bdt99 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

15.3 Waiver: Failure by 4bdt99 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement. 4bdt99 may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
